Hey guys, i'm from Buffalo, New York, a Buffalo Sabres fan obviously. I was wondering, if anyone can tell me how come Dennis Persson was left off the Swedish WJC camp? Is he stuggling this season? What is his upsight?
Anyways, any info would be helpful. I post on another hockey board and everyone there thought Persson would be a lock for the team this year and it's not the case and we were shocked, and i hoped to see what you guys thought.
But, took me a few hours to figure out the question part in the registeration. Tricky guys! lol

Hey. Dennis has not been as great as we all thought he would be, and he's been loaned out to both Almtuna and Nyköping in the Swedish Allsvenskan. He played som matches for Djurgården in the pre-season and in the beginning of the regular season, but he didn't impress me (or anyone else?). I really don't know why. Although it was a surprise for me that he was left out completely from the WJC, I think it's because he hasn't played that much in Elitserien.
But I do hope and believe that Dennis will be better next year and that he will take his chance to join the WJC camp next year.
