It's very easy to get to hovet if you know what globen is (that big white arena, it looks like a golfball or a white death star) because hovets location is just next to globen.
Take the subway to the "globen" or "gullmarsplan" station and you shall see that big golfball.

In general 80-90% but I think this game will be sold out. But I don't think it will be sold out days before the game. So if you don't want to pre-book you can take the chanse of going to hovet some hour before the game and go to the ticket shop.
