Question from a French tourist...
Hello,
First, sorry for my english because I'm French.
I go in Stockholm between 15 and 17 October (for a week-end) , and I see there are a match Djurgarden VS Skeleftea 15 October. I would like how buy 2 tickets (because it's will my 1st hockey match!) but how do you do ? I don't understand the Sweden language.
Moreover, my hotel is SFT Fridhemsplan, there are many bus or metro between hotel and arena ? it's how many kilomètres ?
Thx !

Hello! Ticnet, where you buy the tickets has a english version:
http://www.ticnet.se/?language=en&l=EN& ... ader_lang1
From Fridhemsplan you take the metro to hagsätra and get off at the station Globen, the trip takes 20 minutes.

Sörensen gör ett fantastiskt mål på egen hand då han trycker sig fram, dribblar av en leksing innan han sprätter upp pucken högt bakom Alsenfelt.

Hi,
Have a look at this link: http://www.ticnet.se/event/DIF-Skelleft ... s/DIF1015H where you can buy tickets to the game between Djurgården and Skellefteå at our home arena Hovet on the 15th of October. The site is in english.
EDIT: Berra was the faster one of us.

Re: Question from a French tourist...
Thx you !
Jos, you said that I can buy my ticket directly near Mc Donald, but It's sur that I can buy 2 tickets ? Arena wasn't filled ?
And you tell me about metro, where can I consulted the city plan of metro ?
Thx so much !
EDIT : It's bizzare, because on this website : http://www.difhockey.se/biljetter_hovet.php tickets are less expensive, I don't understand why

You can use http://sl.se/ to plan your trip. In the upper left corner you can translate the language to french.
The prices are much like the same, only difference is that you can pre-book tickets and get it for a cheaper price. Good luck, and hope to see you at Hovet 15 October

Re: Question from a French tourist...
Desolé, it’s a Saturday game and many Skellefteå fans living in Stockholm so maybe it’s better to pre-book the tickets.
Re: Question from a French tourist...
I am going to think because my plane has to land(?) at about 2:00 pm, then 1H30 to go to hotel, I don't know if I would have time to be at 6:30 pm at Hovet, but I wish to be !

If you pre-book your tickets you will have plenty of time to get there.tagmc54 skrev:I am going to think because my plane has to land(?) at about 2:00 pm, then 1H30 to go to hotel, I don't know if I would have time to be at 6:30 pm at Hovet, but I wish to be !
Re: Question from a French tourist...
I Think too, but i'm not 100% sur to be at Hovet at 6:30PM because we don't know Stockholm / Sweden / and especially the language (lol) so it would be a bit difficult for us ^^starvin_marwin skrev:If you pre-book your tickets you will have plenty of time to get there.tagmc54 skrev:I am going to think because my plane has to land(?) at about 2:00 pm, then 1H30 to go to hotel, I don't know if I would have time to be at 6:30 pm at Hovet, but I wish to be !
If you see a man and woman (23 - 20 years) losed, who don't understand Swedens, it's probably us ^^ if you speak English, you can approach us ^^

Re: Question from a French tourist...
When pre-booking the tickets you print them out yourself so you really don't have to be at Hovet at 6:30, you can even come after 7:00 pm (worst case scenario: you'll miss a few minutes of the game). Anyone at the hotel/on the streets of Stockholm will be able to explain to you how to quickly get to Hovet, the arena is located close to the city with very good communcations linked to it.tagmc54 skrev:I Think too, but i'm not 100% sur to be at Hovet at 6:30PM because we don't know Stockholm / Sweden / and especially the language (lol) so it would be a bit difficult for us ^^starvin_marwin skrev:If you pre-book your tickets you will have plenty of time to get there.tagmc54 skrev:I am going to think because my plane has to land(?) at about 2:00 pm, then 1H30 to go to hotel, I don't know if I would have time to be at 6:30 pm at Hovet, but I wish to be !

But I don't prefere pre-booking ticket... if plane is late, or another problem to the airport...
Re: Question from a French tourist...
You got a point, however it's often many people when Djurgarden and Skelleftea playing at Hovet so I suggest you to pre-book if you want to get a good seat. It's not often you're here so it's worth to take the risktagmc54 skrev:I've download metro plan, and Jos told me how arrived and I see!starvin_marwin skrev:When pre-booking the tickets you print them out yourself so you really don't have to be at Hovet at 6:30, you can even come after 7:00 pm (worst case scenario: you'll miss a few minutes of the game). Re: Question from a French tourist...
Almost everyone in swe speaks english, especially in the big cities, so you shouldn't have any problems. Enjoy your stay!
