Im sorry you have problems with the stream - but the 2nd period worked very well for me. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Media Player and open the stream manually (mms://212.65.13.123/AdlerMannheim). Also, it is the first time with streaming for Mannheim, it cant work perfect. Hope...

Why should I give you guys a link to a german radio-stream? Its a Video-Stream.
It is btw the first time the Eagles are doing something like that, there could be technical difficulties, you never know.
